Hi, I’m Carina, and Paws for Thought is my way of combining a lifetime of animal care with a passion for supporting pets and their people. I bring decades of hands-on experience—not just as a dog owner and breeder, but as someone who truly understands animals from the inside out.
• Over 30 years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities• Lifelong animal lover, currently sharing my home with 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a flock of hens
• Volunteer background with Helping Hounds Hampshire, where I walked rescue dogs, cleaned kennels, fed and comforted nervous newcomers, and even fostered a lovely GSP (German Shorthaired Pointer) until she found her forever home
• Currently balancing dog walking with my new career as a counsellor and life coach, bringing calm, empathy, and presence into every walk
• Fully DBS checked and insured—your dog’s safety and happiness always come first
